Shipping fees and durations

The orders are shipped when the payment has been credited on YaMilk account. If you pay via Paypal, you have to take into account transaction delays that can last more than 2 days. If you pay by check, the delays can be longer. Once the order has been shipped, YaMilk will inform you by e-mail and will provide you with a tracking number (if the shipping method chosen allows tracking).

International :

Colissimo international (with tracking): Shiping fees determined by the weight, with evidence of deposit, delivery upon signature, and tracking. Insurance included according to the weight of the parcel and international rules. Possibility to subscribe to an optional insurance up to 1500 €.

Zone A European Union, Switzerland and Norway 15.90 €

Zone B Eastern European countries (out of European union), Maghreb 19.20 €

Zone C African countries (out of Maghreb), Canada, United States, Middle east 22.10 €

Zone D Other destinations 24.40 €

International priority merchandise sending (no tracking) : International priority service for merchandise sending up to 2 kg to anywhere in the world. The service is part on the universal postal service up to 2 kg.

Zone 1 European Union, Switzerland :  3.50 €

Zone 2 Rest of the world : 5.00 €

International economic merchandise sending (no tracking) : International economic service for merchandise sending up to 2 kg to anywhere in the world. The service is part on the universal postal service up to 2 kg.

Zone 1 European Union, Switzerland :  2.50 €

Zone 2 Rest of the world : 2.80 €
